Two week update....

So over the past 2 weeks I have continued lifting and introduced cardio to my workout. I'm down to 199 lbs. I've consistently lost about .5 lbs a day. I cut out fast food and reduced my calorie intake by about 4oo calories. Losing weight has never really been an issue for me. I start to melt away when I do cardio. I can tell I am heading towards my goal appearance.

I'm going to attempt to increase my running slowly along with other cardio. (Cycling, maybe elliptical, yoga, pilates hopefully some swimming

Side Note: I did 35 dips at 201 lbs.
