Update

So I turned 24 this month and I think it's time to become semi-serious about my fitness again. I miss having goals and competing so I'm going to start to track some of my progress and maybe add some of my insight or what ever else may come along. I really don't have any idea how I'm going to use this blog but I'm sure it will work itself out.

I'm going to use my first blog by listing my old P.R's and then throwing them out.

24 and beyond
Now that I have taken off over 7 years from any sort of serious runnning I am looking into training in the 5k. Barring injury I am somewhat excited to see what kind of times I can run.
Right now I am 5'11" 207 lbs....I am way too heavy to run at the level I would like. I have been going through a bulking stage with lifting. I plan on doing some max lifts later this week to see my new bench PR's.
